The China International Industrial Expo ("China Industry Expo") is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. Since its establishment in 1999, China Industry Fair has developed into the most influential international industrial brand exhibition in China's equipment manufacturing industry through professionalization, marketization, internationalization and brand operation, and is an important window and platform for economic and trade exchanges and cooperation in China's industrial sector. Since 2015, the China Industry Expo has officially moved to the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) is located in the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao CBD, adjacent to Hongqiao transportation hub, is currently the world's largest exhibition complex. Over the past 22 years, the Fair has resolutely implemented the national strategy, not insulted the mission, not to fulfill the expectations of the public, after 22 years of unremitting efforts, continuous accumulation, the Expo has developed into China and the Asia-Pacific region, one of the most influential and authoritative equipment manufacturing large-scale international brand exhibition, is China's modern industry external display, exchange and cooperation of an important stage.
